Dr. Sonali Dutta Baanerjee

Dr. Sonali Dutta Baanerjee has spent more than 27 years helping leaders, teams and organisations become more than they thought they could be. She is an executive coach, author and human capital strategist, and the Founder and Global Chairperson of Success Studios.

She holds the International Coaching Federation’s Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and is an NLP Master Practitioner. Her work draws on behavioural science, organisational psychology, strategic HR and plain business sense. Over her career she has worked across information technology, hospitality, healthcare, aviation, banking, telecom, education and young enterprises.

She has held senior HR leadership roles, including Chief Human Resources Officer responsibilities, so she brings a boardroom view to every coaching conversation. Her focus areas are executive presence, leadership effectiveness, culture, talent development and mindset.

She is the author of The Art of Executive Presence, a book about the quiet parts of leadership: credibility, confidence, influence, authenticity and the ability to earn trust. She also created the Dr. Sonali Transformation System (DSTS), a framework that helps people see where they stand, name what they want, clear what is holding them back and turn intent into action.

Under her leadership, Success Studios has grown into an ecosystem of executive coaching, professional certifications, leadership programmes, publishing, digital media and global communities. She is a strong voice for continuous learning, women’s leadership and young professionals, and she makes room for new coaches and thought leaders to be heard.
